LIVING HISTORY TERMS & CONDITIONS
FRASER'S RIDGE HOMECOMING 2025

Outlander North Carolina (ONC), the host of Fraser's Ridge Homecoming 2025, requires that ALL interactions between Homecoming attendees and reenactors remain professional. Attendees will be asked to leave the living history area at closing each night with no exceptions.

Outlander North Carolina will not tolerate misconduct of any kind. If a reenactor behaves unlawfully, distastefully, disrespectfully, or unacceptablely, that person will be asked to leave the event immediately and not be allowed to return for any future event. EACH reenactor must sign a hard copy of a consent form, agreeing to our "Code of Conduct" before being allowed to participate in the event.

Reenactors are free to move around the Homecoming venue. Because Fraser's Ridge Homecoming is a ticketed event where attendees pay a fee to participate in the activities, the Covered Pavilion must be kept available, open, and exclusive to our attendees; however, reenactors are invited and welcome to attend the following events in the Covered Pavilion without charge:
1. Any concerts or free presentations taking place under the Covered Pavilion during the daytime
2. Calling of the Clans on Thursday evening
3. Barn Dance & Grog Ceremony on Saturday evening
4. Other activities that may be announced later

Port-a-johns will be provided. We ask that reenactors help us keep these facilities clean and notify staff if supplies are needed or if other issues requiring the staff's attention arise.

Set up begins on Wednesday, October 1, and must be completed by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 2. Attendees will begin to arrive on Thursday morning, October 2, and the Living History area should be open for visitors by 9:00 a.m. All vehicles must be removed from the Living History area by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 2.

Tear down will be Sunday morning, October 5, and must be concluded by 2:00 p.m.

Before leaving on Sunday, each reenactor is responsible for ensuring their space is clean and left the way it was found upon arrival.

Trash cans and dumpsters are located on-site and must be used for trash removal.

Fraser's Ridge Homecoming is a rain-or-shine event unless the state or local governments declare a weather-related emergency. In that instance, notification will be sent to participating units.

This is a ticketed event. At lunch, in the evenings, and at various other times, there will be entertainment or other activities under or near the Covered Pavilion, which is located directly beside the living history area. We ask that no loud demonstrations or presentations be held during those times.
